The .MA central registry issued a new regulation governing transfer of domain names from one registrar to another. The transfer of domain name from the losing registrar to the wining registrar has been made easy by just filling in a domain name transfer form that will be stamped by both the wining and the losing registrar and send out to the central registry for processing.

1. Définitions

Losing registrar: the registrar that is currently managing the domaine name to be transferred to Internic.ma

Wining registrar: Internic.ma

Domain holder: company that registered the domain name through the losing registrar. Domain holder is the owner of the domain.
